Effective January 2012 the USDA initiated a new law that will require all in-store ground products to be labeled with nutritional information.

Nutrition Facts Labeling is the Law

Butchers, supermarkets, and resellers of fine meat products: It may be news to you, but starting in 2012, if it's ground, a label must be found.
