Hurricane Irene

Price Paper is thankful to report that we weathered Hurricane Irene and will be open for business as usual Monday August 29th.

Price Paper is located in the scenic south shore Village of Freeport, one of the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Irene.  Although Freeport sustained massive flood damage our warehouses were far enough north to not be severely impacted.

At this point I'd like to sincerely thank our operations and warehouse teams for their excellent job preparing us for this potential disaster.  Believe me when I say that making sure every piece of product in two warehouses is elevated and secure from potential flood damage is a monumental task. Fortunately, we did not need to test our disaster recovery plan.

We sincerely hope our customers and friends fared as well as we did and we are committed to helping all of our customers through this difficult time.  If you have sustained a loss at your business please contact our office directly at (516) 378-7842 so we can begin preparing copies of invoices and receipts the help expedite your insurance claim.  Also, we will have trucks on standby for emergency shipments to help get your business operational as soon as possible.  Just give us a call, we'll make it happen together.

Sincerely,

Ean J. Price
